Return policy
  • In accordance with Latvian Cabinet Regulation No. 207, the buyer has the right to refuse the purchased goods and return them within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • If you wish to return purchased goods, please contact us by phone at +371-22462574 or by e-mail at expressservis8@gmail.com. The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the seller within seven days of submitting or sending a written refusal.
  • To avoid misunderstandings, please make sure that the goods meet your expectations in terms of color, shape, size, and material before placing your order. If you have any questions, please call us at +371-22462574 or send them to our e-mail address: expressservis8@gmail.com
  • Article 12, paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal. Express servis (www.isolon.lv) reserves the right to refuse the buyer's right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation if the goods have been used and/or damaged, are not in their original packaging, or their packaging is significantly damaged.
  • If a defective item has been purchased, the buyer must immediately notify Express servis (www.isolon.lv) by calling +371 22462574, otherwise it will not be possible to return the item.
  • By starting to use the purchased goods, the buyer confirms that they meet their requirements and will not be accepted for return. Before using the goods, please read the instructions, as the goods cannot be returned if they are damaged due to improper use.
  • The money paid for the goods will be refunded to your bank account within 30 days of receiving the consumer's written refusal. The seller has the right not to refund the buyer the amount paid for the product until the buyer has returned it. 
  • If you refuse the product, the money for the delivery will not be refunded.
