Our foams are used in a variety of packaging applications - from presentation inserts, suitcases, boxes to serial security elements for shipping products in cartons/boxes to specialised elements that separate or support parts in industrial transport (so-called packaging systems). Other products may be instrument drawer liners, sample holders and other products specialised products
Industrial packaging
The industrial packaging uses specialised technical foams with appropriate mechanical and UV resistance. The elements made of them - separators, supports, inserts - allow the transported parts to be locked in the desired position, protecting them against knocks and scratches. The wide range of materials available allows you to choose the right solution for transporting both painted parts with fine surfaces and massive parts that require very rigid and mechanically robust load-bearing elements.
Foam inserts
Foam inserts are designed to hold the elements in the box, protect them from padding and give the packaging a professional look. We have a wide range of materials at our disposal, from basic technical mat foam to foam with technologically enlarged cells, giving the packaging an exclusive look. We can reproduce even the most intricate details in foam.
Disposable packaging
Disposable packaging mainly uses basic foams from the lower price range. The filling elements made from them are designed with an emphasis on minimising the cost of the production process and functionality. They allow the transportable element to be locked in a fixed position inside the packaging, protecting it against impact and surface damage.
Protective profiles
The finished protective profiles allow you to protect the edges and other sensitive areas of items to be transported, such as doors, table tops, frames and furniture.
ESD packaging for electronics
ESD foam provides optimal protection of electronic components against electrical charges. Our range includes basic anti-static foams that provide elementary protection as well as specialised diffusion and conductive foams.
Packaging for fragile and delicate items
Fragile and delicate parts need special protection. Our foams can be rigidly tailored to the shape of the parts to be protected by thermoforming or precise multi-axis machining on milling machines. In this way, we provide protection against movement inside the packaging and against impact. The "soft touch" line categories additionally provide high protection for painted surfaces.
For foam instruments
The tool inserts are made of rigid technical foam, most often in a contrasting two-colour composition that makes it easy to control the completeness of the tool set used. The sleeves are designed for each tool and then precisely mapped into the foam when milling.
